Competitor Apps

1. iPeriod - A simple yet effective way of tracking the routine of users periods. Basic app which gives knowledge of dates and when to expect your period. The screen of the app can be customised for the individual.
2. Growth Notes - All about improving yourself, making goals, improving quality of life. Asks user questions intermittently e.g. daily, monthly etc.
3. Rootein - Helps define habits and track progress. Set reminders which will be sent to the user, can help with anything from quitting smoking to increasing how much the user runs.
4. Healthywage - Designs and organises weight loss, challenges user to lose weight and win money. Corporate and government incentive (for obese people).
5. Drink Diary - Monitors users alcohol intake, in unites, in order to help reduce it. Shown in a yealr table, so all information can be seen at once by the user.
6. And Designed - Gives parents an easy and effective way to track routine and schedule baby's routine of sleeping, eating, changing etc.
7. Body Bug - An armband which helps the user lose weight. It's good as it is possible to download app to smartphone, PC, Mac. Measures daily activity.
8. Health Month - Takes the science of nutrition and behaviour changes combining it with social games, this means the user can improve their health habits in a fun way. Only available on PC, works with fitbit.
9. My Body Key - Tracks your diet, physical activity and fat burn through a wireless device.
10. Chart Myself- Tracks multiple aspects of your life patterns. Shows improvements in health and happiness. Can view charts to see how the two relate.
